Yes. The one-off audit is free, limited to 3 per day per person, and the full report is emailed to you. No account or card is needed.

We email you the full report and a link to view it again. We only send marketing tips if you tick the optional box, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Yes. Coming Soon pages are where it helps most. For unreleased games, social proof is scored on a clear release date and whether you have a demo, rather than reviews.

No. We only read your public store page. We never log in to Steamworks or edit anything; you make the changes yourself.

Each audit uses a fixed 100-point rubric based on Valve's Steamworks guidelines and published indie marketing research, and a vision model looks at your actual capsule. It's a strong second opinion, not a guarantee of wishlists or sales.

No. WishlistLab is independent and operated by Helix Platforms Ltd in the UK.

Pro Solo is £19/month for 1 game, Pro Studio is £39/month for up to 5 games, and Pro Agency is £199/month for up to 25 games with white-label reports. Yearly billing gets you 2 months free. Prices include any applicable VAT.

A weekly re-audit of each game emailed to you, with your score history, fresh fixes and rewrites, a comparison with similar games, and optional auto-posting to Discord, Bluesky and X.

One-off digital reports. The Deep Audit (£29) covers every category in depth with a similar-games comparison and a 30-day action plan. The Launch Pack (£49) gives you 3 trailer script ideas, capsule art feedback, a press kit filled from your Steam page, a launch timeline, outreach email templates and a 4-week posting schedule. Both are delivered within minutes.

Yes. Prices are shown in GBP, USD or EUR depending on where you are, and Stripe can show local prices in many other currencies at checkout.

Use the Manage subscription link in any Pro email or on your confirmation page. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Page of the Week (£39) features your game on the homepage for 7 days; a Recommended tool slot is £19 per week. We review every booking first and refund in full if we decline it. Sponsored placements are always labelled.

UK consumers can cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a refund. Because Pro starts straight away, we may deduct a proportionate amount for any weekly audits already sent. After that we don't refund part-months except where the law requires.

These are delivered immediately at your request, so the 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery begins. Your Consumer Rights Act rights still apply: if the report is faulty, not as described or not delivered, we'll fix it or refund you, and if generation fails we refund in full.

Email support@wishlistlab.io with your order email and we'll sort it out. A person reads every support email.

Your email, the Steam URL you submit, public data about that game from Steam and SteamSpy, and your IP address for rate limiting. We run our own cookie-free analytics, and Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. We don't use advertising trackers.

We use OpenAI to analyse public Steam page data (we don't send it your email), Resend to send emails, Stripe for payments, Railway for hosting and Cloudflare for security. We never sell your data.

Only if you tick the optional "OK to feature my game" box. It's off by default, and you can ask us to remove a post any time.

Audits for 24 months, IP addresses used for rate limiting for 30 days, and marketing emails until you unsubscribe. Email privacy@wishlistlab.io to access or delete your data.
