Terms of use

WishlistLab is provided by Helix Platforms Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17032196). Registered office: Unit 2 Lions Barn, Langham Lane, Colchester, CO4 5HY.

  1. The service. WishlistLab gives automated, AI-generated feedback on public Steam store pages. It is advice only. We don't change your Steam page, and results can be wrong or incomplete.
  2. No guarantees. We don't promise any particular result, such as more wishlists or sales. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
  3. Fair use. You get up to 3 free audits a day. No scraping, automated abuse or attempts to break the service.
  4. Pro subscriptions. Pro (Solo £19/month for 1 game, Studio £39/month for up to 5 games, prices include any applicable VAT) is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Pro includes a weekly re-audit of your registered games, emailed to you.
  5. Cancelling. You can cancel any time from the "Manage subscription" link in any Pro email or on your confirmation page. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't refund part-months except where the law requires it.
  6. Your 14-day right to cancel (UK consumers). If you're a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund. Because Pro starts straight away at your request, if you cancel within those 14 days we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service you've already received, for example any weekly audits already sent. To cancel, use the billing portal or email privacy@wishlistlab.io.
  7. Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
  8. Upcoming features. Auto-posting to X, Bluesky and Discord is planned as a free addition to Pro. It isn't part of what you're paying for today, and timing isn't guaranteed.
  9. Your content. Only submit pages you're allowed to analyse. The audit reports are yours to use and share.
  10. Not affiliated with Valve. Steam is a trademark of Valve Corporation. WishlistLab isn't endorsed by Valve.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
  12. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
